I'm skeptical of partial/wave view of quantum physics. I've reviewed the experiments and concluded that it's only really waves (in fields) with "particles" being the locus of observable events. What evidence might contradict my "theory"?

What is an example of any experiment other than the double-slit experiment that demonstrates quantum mechanics? I've been a hobbyist physicist for years and it seems every source will say "the math shows…" without citing experimental evidence.
