If clock A, B and C are synchronized; At t=0, C leaves A (at 0.866c) and as it arrives at B, clock B reads 2 seconds; what each clock A and C would read; how long it took for C to arrive at B, and where do you see time dilation in this set up?

If time dilation slows down time, from our perspective, near a black hole, how can we see the gravity waves from two colliding black holes? Should we see them just get closer, but never actually collide?

Why does time dilation not happen symmetrically? If I am at rest and a friend is moving I will perceive him aging slower. But from his perspective I am the one moving away at the same speed. Why does he see me age faster and not slower as well?
