No, there is no chemical element with an atomic number of 1 quintillion (1,000,000,000,000,000,000). the periodic table of elements consists of 118 known elements, with atomic numbers ranging from 1 (hydrogen) to 118 (oganesson). It is unlikely that any elements beyond this range have been discovered since then.
