Gravity is pulling us towards the center of the Earth. It may seem like gravity is pulling us "down" because we generally perceive the ground beneath our feet as the reference point. However, gravity is a force of attraction between objects with mass, and it acts in all directions. In the case of Earth, its mass creates a gravitational field that pulls objects towards its center. So, when we stand on the surface of the Earth, we are being pulled towards the center of the planet by gravity.
