Two molecules of water, H2O, consist of a total of 10 atoms.

Each molecule of water contains two hydrogen atoms (H) and one oxygen atom (O). Therefore, two molecules of water would have:

2 molecules x (2 hydrogen atoms + 1 oxygen atom) = 2 x 3 = 6 hydrogen atoms + 2 oxygen atoms = 10 atoms in total.
