The type of motion an object is moving in when it is moving in a clockwise circle around another object is called "rotational motion" or "circular motion." In this case, the object is rotating or revolving around a central point or axis. Clockwise or counterclockwise direction is simply a matter of convention or reference frame, but the type of motion remains the same.
