the largest number of qubits successfully used in a quantum computer was around 128 qubits. Several companies and research institutions have developed quantum computers with qubit counts in the range of tens to hundreds.

However, it's important to note that the field of quantum computing is advancing rapidly, and new developments may have occurred since I'm not interested in that topic as much as i used to and my answer might be a bit outdated.
