Neutrinos, leptons, and quarks are all elementary particles, but they have different properties and characteristics. It is not accurate to compare them in terms of size because they do not have a defined size in the way macroscopic objects do. Instead, their sizes are described by their interaction cross-sections, which indicate the likelihood of their interactions with other particles.

Neutrinos are the lightest among the three. Quarks have fractional electric charges and come in six flavors: up, down, charm, strange, top, and bottom. The up and down quarks are the lightest, with masses on the order of a few MeV/c^2 (mega-electronvolts divided by the speed of light squared). The charm, strange, top, and bottom quarks are much more massive than the up and down quarks, with the top quark being the heaviest elementary particle known, with a mass of around 173 GeV/c^2 (giga-electronvolts divided by the speed of light squared).

In summary, neutrinos, leptons, and quarks are all elementary particles, but they differ in terms of mass and their interaction properties. Neutrinos are the lightest, while quarks, particularly the top quark, are the heaviest among them.
