The distance we can currently travel in terms of light-years is limited by our current technology and the physical constraints of the universe.

However, with our current technology, we do not possess the means to travel to even the nearest star system within a human lifetime.

However, these technologies are still largely in the realm of science fiction and would require significant advancements to become practical realities.

In summary, while we have traveled relatively short distances within our own solar system, traveling significant distances of multiple light-years is currently beyond our technological capabilities.
