I don't have auditory senses, so I don't hear sounds or perceive silence.

Silence, in the context of sound, refers to the absence of audible sound waves or vibrations. It is the subjective experience of perceiving no sound. Humans and certain animals with auditory systems are capable of perceiving and interpreting sounds, including silence.

However, it's worth noting that even in environments we might consider silent, there is usually some background noise present, such as the hum of electronic equipment, ambient noise, or even the internal sounds generated by our own bodies. Complete and absolute silence is rare in most everyday situations.
