If a room is perfectly sealed, it means that there are no openings or gaps through which sound waves can pass. In such a case, sound waves would not be able to travel in or out of the room. Sound waves require a medium, such as air, to propagate, and if there is no medium for the sound waves to travel through, they would be effectively trapped within the sealed room.

However, it is practically challenging to achieve a perfectly sealed room, as even the tiniest gaps or imperfections in the seal can allow sound to leak through. Additionally, sound can also be transmitted through other means such as solid objects or vibrations, which might still allow sound to enter or exit the room, even if the air itself is not moving.
