According to our current understanding of physics, it is not possible for an object with mass, such as a car, to reach or exceed the speed of light. As an object with mass approaches the speed of light, its mass would theoretically increase, requiring more and more energy to accelerate it further. This effect is described by Einstein's theory of relativity.

Additionally, as an object with mass accelerates, its energy also increases. According to the theory of relativity, the energy required to accelerate an object with mass becomes infinite as it approaches the speed of light. Therefore, it is impossible to achieve or exceed the speed of light using conventional means.

It's worth noting that the theory of relativity has been extensively tested and is supported by a wide range of experimental evidence. While science is always open to new discoveries and revisions, currently, there is no evidence to suggest that objects with mass can reach or exceed the speed of light.
