it is not currently possible to build a plane that can fly at a speed of Mach 30. Mach 30 refers to 30 times the speed of sound, and the speed of sound varies with altitude and temperature. At sea level and around room temperature, the speed of sound is approximately 343 meters per second or 1,125 feet per second.

To give you an idea of the challenge involved, the fastest manned aircraft to date, the NASA X-43, achieved a top speed of around Mach 9.6 (7,346 mph or 11,760 km/h). Reaching Mach 30 would require significant advancements in aeronautical engineering and materials technology.

Several technical challenges would need to be overcome to achieve such high speeds. These challenges include the ability to generate enough thrust to overcome drag, managing heat buildup due to air friction, developing materials that can withstand the extreme aerodynamic forces, and ensuring stability and control at such high velocities.

It's worth noting that achieving such speeds may require completely new and unconventional aircraft designs and propulsion systems. Currently, hypersonic flight research is ongoing, but it is primarily focused on speeds up to Mach 10 or Mach 20.

It's always possible that advancements in technology and engineering may make higher speeds achievable in the future, but as of now, Mach 30 remains beyond our current capabilities.
