There is only one natural satellite, commonly referred to as the Moon, orbiting the Earth. It is the fifth-largest moon in the solar system. However, when you mention the "universe," it is important to note that the universe consists of all matter, energy, and space, including countless galaxies, stars, and celestial bodies. While the Moon is the only natural satellite of Earth, there are numerous moons orbiting other planets within our solar system, such as Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Additionally, exomoons, which are moons orbiting planets outside our solar system, have been theorized and some have even been discovered. So, while there is only one Moon orbiting the Earth, there are many moons throughout the universe.
