The idea that we wake up in a different reality or dimension each time we sleep is a concept found in some works of fiction and speculative theories but has no scientific evidence to support it. In the realm of science, our understanding of sleep suggests that it is a natural biological process in which our bodies and brains rest, recuperate, and undergo various physiological and neurological processes.

While dreams can sometimes feel vivid and immersive, they are considered products of our own minds rather than actual shifts between different realities or dimensions. Dreams occur within the realm of our consciousness and are influenced by our thoughts, experiences, and memories.

The everyday experience of waking up from sleep generally entails a continuity of our personal identity, memories, and the physical world around us. While scientific exploration continues to expand our knowledge about the nature of reality and consciousness, there is currently no empirical evidence to support the idea that we regularly shift between different realities or dimensions every time we sleep.
