humans have not been speculated to exist in any other galaxies besides the Milky Way. The vast distances between galaxies make it currently impractical for humans to travel to or inhabit other galaxies. Our understanding of the universe and space exploration is limited, and there is still much to discover. However, it is worth noting that the possibility of human colonization or exploration of other galaxies remains speculative and highly dependent on future technological advancements. Scientific and technological progress could potentially open up new possibilities in the future, but at this time, there is no concrete evidence or speculation suggesting that humans have extended their presence beyond the Milky Way galaxy.
