Earth does not have any light of its own. It primarily receives light from the Sun and reflects it back into space, which is why we perceive sunlight during the day. The Earth's atmosphere scatters sunlight, creating the blue sky and allowing light to reach the surface.

Regarding the Moon, it also does not have its own light source. The Moon reflects sunlight that falls upon its surface, making it appear bright in the night sky. When we see the Moon, we are actually observing sunlight that is reflected off the lunar surface and reaches our eyes.
