In physics, particle fields do not necessarily dissipate as particles are formed out of them. In fact, particle fields are often considered fundamental and pervasive entities that exist throughout spacetime. They permeate all of space and time and are associated with specific types of particles.

In quantum field theory, virtual particles can spontaneously emerge from the field, but they quickly annihilate each other and return their energy back to the field. This phenomenon is known as particle pair production and annihilation. It is important to note that these virtual particles do not violate conservation laws since their existence is permitted by the uncertainty principle of quantum mechanics.

However, the fields themselves remain intact and do not dissipate as particles are formed or annihilated. They continue to exist and interact, potentially giving rise to further particle creation or interactions. So, while particles can be created and destroyed within particle fields, the fields themselves persist.
