According to the theory of relativity, the velocity of light in a vacuum is the maximum speed that anything with mass can attain. Therefore, it is not possible for an electron, which has mass, to move at the speed of light. As a result, the question of the wavelength of an electron moving at the speed of light is not applicable in the context of our current understanding of physics.
