The Pilot-Wave theory, also known as the de Broglie-Bohm theory, is an interpretation of quantum mechanics that proposes the existence of a guiding wave associated with each particle. Compatibility with relativity: The Pilot-Wave theory has faced challenges in reconciling with the theory of relativity, which is a fundamental framework for understanding space, time, and gravity. It is still an open question as to how the Pilot-Wave theory can be extended to incorporate relativistic effects successfully.

  5. Hidden variables: The Pilot-Wave theory postulates the existence of hidden variables, which are additional properties of particles that determine their behavior. However, the existence of such hidden variables would need to be supported by experimental evidence, and so far, no definitive evidence has been found for the presence of such variables.

It is worth noting that scientific theories are continually evolving, and criticism of a particular theory does not necessarily mean it is invalid.
